Thermostat is working just great however, the unit did not deliver on the day has promised. Also, same item was found at different web site at $20 less.

I have a heat pump system in my office and needed a thermostat that would be programmable, work with a heat pump, and be easy to use. This product is excellent!! The technician who did the installation said he likes Honeywell the best and they are dependable. The product was easy to read, program, mount, and has a hold to override the program easily. It is as advertised-and I trust the Honeywell name.

I ordered the Honeywell TH8320 Thermostat. I ordered it based on the needs of my heating system, but more so because of the Honeywell name. I was impressed by the styling, the design, the ease of operation and the complete instructions included. The thermostat is performing flawlessly, and installation was a snap, as all of the wires were color coded, and none of them had been cut off when pushed back into the wall. I will and already HAVE recommended it to several family members. I would also recommend YOUR company, and the young woman who took my order. Both seem to be VERY professional, and the young woman who took my order's customer service manner is impeccable.

I purchased this product because I was familiar with the brand and I have one in my home in Indiana. We just love the touch screen. We mainly purchased this product to conserve energy, and we liked the fact that we were able to start the cooling process before we get home. It has worked great so far. It has a great design, and we like the size and color. We would definitely recommend this product to others.
