I have a heat pump system in my office and needed a thermostat that would be programmable, work with a heat pump, and be easy to use. This product is excellent!! The technician who did the installation said he likes Honeywell the best and they are dependable. The product was easy to read, program, mount, and has a hold to override the program easily. I purchased this product because I was familiar with the brand and I have one in my home in Indiana. We just love the touch screen. We mainly purchased this product to conserve energy, and we liked the fact that we were able to start the cooling process before we get home. It has worked great so far. I was impressed by the styling, the design, the ease of operation and the complete instructions included. The thermostat is performing flawlessly, and installation was a snap, as all of the wires were color coded, and none of them had been cut off when pushed back into the wall.
