We really do like this machine very much.It made our AC in the summer work alot less,and it felt just as comfortable.
We really like the large water tank.ONly thing is,I wish the ice containment area was larger,to cool the entire tank of water,instead of the small area it is .

To add humidity, and make the main room of the home seem cooler. Also a bonus might be to ease the electric bill! Just fine! My orchids really like it. So do my labradors! So easy to put together. Literally a ""snap""! We live in a very dry area, so adding humidity has helped our skin, and allergies, not to mention the cooling effect.

I bought the Winter swamp cooler. It does a very nice job of keeping my house cool. I have an older, 1026 sq. ft. house and there isn't that much circulation. This swamp cooler does a great job of keeping my home cool. I would absolutely recommend this product to others; in fact, I have already recommended it to my granddaughter.
