This toaster is exactly what I was looking for. Other ratings were good, so I ordered it. The toaster is cute but the interior is poorly constructed, the rack falls out when the door is opened all the way. It also takes 10 minutes to make toast. The toaster also came without any useful instructions and the return policy is not customer friendly. All in all I am really disappointed and won't be ordering anything from Air & Water again.
