This is the second shower like this we have purchased; the first was from Real Goods. They appear to be exactly the same. We need the extra length this one provide because our plumbing fixture is on the wall in a low place. The first one lasted for five years, with filter changes every few months for four people. We are hoping this one lasts as long. The settings on the showerhead are all excellent; we all seem to prefer the one in the middle. Installation was a breeze.

The first week I put it together it broke! The plastic holder which I thought was metal but wasn't snapped when I tried to set it up like the picture. That's what made me buy it because I am 6'6'' and it was perfect, the filter is fine love it, I just had to replace the shower head. I just went and bought another shower head didn't have time to wait and receive a new one.
