The cooler arrived very quickly and was ready to use right out of the box. With a quick review of all the great features, I had it working immediately. The cooler performs great and is compact but powerful. With all the features, I would have expected to pay much more. I'm sure it will be used during all the warm summer days for years to come.

I bought this product, as an alternative to an air-conditioned. It operates in my room; witch is spacious, but not too big. The System is everything I hoped for; it efficiently uses energy, filters and cleans the air, and disperses air to the whole room with its 3 speeds and swing mode. It also has an ionizer function, uses water and ice to cool the air, and will serve as a humidifier in the winter. It's also easy for me to move around and control with a remote while in bed. I also enjoy all the additional functions that come along with the unit, such as the natural setting and sleep mode, which both add an outdoor feel to my room. In addition, operates quietly and came at a reasonable cost. This unit has lived up and beyond my expectations. Thank You!

Not worth the cost. This unit does not cool. It works well as a fan when I am sleeping but it does not cool the room at all. It only cools me because I put the machine right next to my bed.

Its good for a swamp cool, but we have a room that stores our wine and it doesn't keep it as cool as we would like the room to be, but otherwise it works fine.
