It is the worse dehumidifier I have ever owned. After trying my old hose, buying two new hoses for the continuous drainage, it still does not work. Every time I go to the basement I have to drain it, manually, which is hard to do since I have had knee surgery. I had to buy a big fan to try and dry it out but that is not working either. I can not afford to buy another one at this time either. If I could run up and down the stairs 20 times a day to empty it, it would probably work ok.

It is the worst dehumidifier I have ever had. Have bought 2 hoses for it to drain continually and it doesn't work. If I could run up and down the stairs every 2 hours to empty it, it would be all right and maybe I could get the water out of my basement, unfortunately I am 70, with bad legs and that is not possible. I would send it back in a minute if I wasn't so dumb and threw the box away. I would not recommend it to anyone.
