No replacement filters available! I've enjoyed this purifier, really cleans a lot of air, but filter kits are no longer available! August 4, 2011

I was particularly interested in a photocatalytic air cleaner and after much research, I chose this one. It seems to work o.k., although I am not sure how long it will take to clear vocs from new construction, it is so noisy, we cannot use it to it's fullest capacity while trying to sleep. The company I purchased it from could not answer any of my questions regarding warranty, or the lack of a detailed instruction manual. This is a disappointment to me as I am often contacted by cancer patients for advice on issues such as this, and I cannot give it to them. May 11, 2010
