The Soleus RT-135 Roof Top Remote Control Air Conditioner with Heat features 13,500BTU of cooling power output, and 6,800BTU of heating power. This unit minimizes potential vandalism by eliminating standard through the wall room air, and can be operated with included remote control or digital touch controls. This unit is ideal for recreational vehicles/trailers & security/parking attendant kiosks, and comes complete with one year limited warranty by manufacturer.

Please Note: The Soleus RT-135 roof top air conditioner cannot be installed on a roof with a roof pitch greater than 5%.
