i chose this because of the price versus performance lowest price and filled requirements for replacement of an older non working device. i installed without any hassels checked operation and everything worked to expectations. It has a newer controls pad and easier use than my older device. i would definitely recommend it for replacement of older units and especially one not
operating due to key degradation.
