Not only is it small and lightweight enough for you to carry wherever you go, it also includes a neck strap so that it can be worn around your neck.The Germ Guardian PS100 personal air purifier emits healthy negative ions so that allergens and pollutants are forced away. The batteries inside of the air purifier are rechargeable and one charge lasts 60 hours. The batteries can be recharged up to 500 times. The battery charger is included.
The negative ions released by the PS100 personal air purifier work by causing pollen, mold spores, dust and animal dander present in the air to be attracted and stick to each other. The clumps of particles are then heavy enough for gravity to pull them down to the floor. All this happens during the air purifier's whisper quiet operation.

This ionizer is sturdy, works well, and is quiet. I only wish the neck cord were adjustable to a little longer. If I use this worn around my neck, it can give me a sore throat. It's better if I set it in my purse on my lap.
