The unit is used in my living room with narrow windows. It works great except the water drain is too low, with a plush carpet it's hard to drain without spillage.

I purchased this unit to send to my daughter in Chicago. I am in Texas. She is very satisfied with it. She is not real happy about the exhaust system but is willing to work with it because it gives her such cool air. She really likes the timer. Thank you for a great product!

We purchased this to go into our bedroom. We received it within the week. We have casement windows and were able to adapt it for them. We definitely picked a good summer to do this. We are from Northern Ohio and have had record heat this summer. This air conditioner has been a blessing. The noise level is not bad and it cools our 14x18 bedroom wonderfully!
