The Soleus PE2-07R-62DB portable air conditioner features a 7,000 true BTU cooling capacity and heavy duty, commercial grade housing to guarantee the longest lasting unit possible. The built-in dehumidifier is able to remove 50 pints of moisture a day and the sleek design allows this unit to fit in almost anywhere.

A window kit, programmable remote control and 2 AAA batteries are included with the PE2-07R-62DB portable air conditioner. It can be run on a fan-only setting and has three fan speeds. You can control the temperature easily with an adjustable thermostat that can be manipulated from the multi-color display or the handy remote. Evaporative technology makes this cooler incredibly efficient and also reduces the need to drain condensate. When used in extremely humid environments, the emergency condensate holding tank will need to be used. A one year limited warranty comes standard.

It's easy to install and works very well. The compressor went out on our main unit and this small unit has been a lifesaver. With the humidity so high, we did configure the unit to drain continuously. Serivce and delivery was excellent!

I chose the PE2-07R-62DB because it fit our needs. A window air conditioner would not work in this room due to the extreme age of our house. When we first received the product we liked the style, read-out, size, ease of operation. We were impressed to learn it had an oscillating fan that can be turned on if needed to more evenly cool the room. It is performing perfectly so far. We would absolutely recommend it to others. It is surprisingly quiet for a unit of its size.

So far I've been extremely pleased with this product. We have a server room which resides inside of a larger office with no window access. We could not install a traditional AC unit and spent time searching the web for a solution suitable to meet my expectations in our situation. This product was recommended and the price was perfect for our small budget. I was surprised at the large size of the unit but its functionality exceeded my expectations. Our only adjustment was to pipe the heat out of the server room through a custom wall vent. It's keeping my servers happy and cool, which keeps me happy and cool. :) I am very satisfied as well that there is no need for daily emptying of a drain pan.
