Evaporative technology makes this cooler incredibly efficient and also reduces the need to drain condensate. When used in extremely humid environments, the emergency condensate holding tank will need to be used. A one year limited warranty comes standard.

I submitted a survey about this product about a week after purchase. It's been over a month with this unit and I still love it. We are cooling a server room that sits in conjunction with my office but has no window ventilation. We pipe the air out of the smaller server room into the larger office space. This unit was perfect for my need as we can keep the server room cool and dehumidified. With its amazing ability to alleviate the need to dump water daily it is satisfying what I desired but was not sure existed. Thanks for the great product.

It's easy to install and works very well. The compressor went out on our main unit and this small unit has been a lifesaver. With the humidity so high, we did configure the unit to drain continuously. Serivce and delivery was excellent!

I chose the PE2-07R-62DB because it fit our needs. A window air conditioner would not work in this room due to the extreme age of our house. When we first received the product we liked the style, read-out, size, ease of operation. We were impressed to learn it had an oscillating fan that can be turned on if needed to more evenly cool the room. It is performing perfectly so far. We would absolutely recommend it to others.
