Four stars out of five may be unfair because the only thing about this vacuum which is less than excellent is the way it has to be emptied, and the filter 'cleaned' by banging it against something (such as the inside of a large garbage can), thus producing clouds of dust. In short, I would prefer to have bags if they didn't cost a fortune. Apart from that, this is a good commercial vacuum with a 2-year warranty.
