I observed a strange sound in the machine two months after it began working but it was solved by installing a voltage regulator. The device is working in a document store successfully. I think it is great!

I bought two of these because of their powerful water removal capacity. They have been in use for several months now and the only problem is that for some areas they are too powerful and start to generate heat in too small an area. The fan runs constantly to keep detecting humidity levels and sometimes the machine doesn't stop dehumidifying after reaching its setting. Otherwise they are very quiet comparatively and work well in areas I had previously had problems with other machines.
