Item arrived one day in advance of the projected arrival date. It was in good shape aside from a few minor kinks in the heating fins which were easily straightened out with a small pair of pliers. It produces plenty of heat and makes no noise whatsoever as there is no fan. We use this to heat an outbuilding and it fully meets our needs.
