The upper fan can rotate up to 180 degrees and the lower fan can rotate up to 90 degrees.The body on the Sunpentown FSQQ high velocity dual fan can pivot up to 90 degrees as well. The air can be directed anywhere you desire. There are three speeds included on each fan. A handle is also included for easy transportation. For your safety, the fan is ETL listed.
