The unit comes with heavy duty rolling casters and leveling legs, which work great for freestanding or built-in applications. Approved by NSF and UL-listed for commercial use.Built in gravity drain and self-cleaning features for convenience - With integrated design features like automatic overfill prevention, gravity drain, ice size adjustment knob, and self-cleaning mode, using the Franklin Chef FIM90 Automatic Ice Maker is a snap! The internal cleanable parts (ice bin, condenser intake, and ice making system) are accessible through the front and the entire unit is on rolling casters for external sanitation. Initial set up of the water supply and drainage connections should be handled professionally and in accordance with all local plumbing code requirements.
