The internal cleanable parts (ice bin, condenser intake, and ice making system) are accessible through the front and the entire unit is on rolling casters for external sanitation. Professional installation is recommended for the initial set up of the water supply and drainage connections. Franklin Chef offers a comprehensive warranty on parts and labor for the first year, plus a five year warranty on the sealed systems within the FIM70 ice maker.
