Purchased this product 3-4 months ago. Works great. I vacuum the filter once a month and it amazes me how much dust/dirt is in the filter. On high speed, it makes it difficult to converse with someone in the room. Otherwise, I am happy with the product. Want to purchase another one for our home.

This is a great product! Easy to install filter and runs nice and quiet. I have definitely noticed a huge difference in the amount of dust around my room. This product cut the dust in my room in half or more. I usually get sinus infections every year but I haven't had one since I bought this purifier. I'm actually tempted to purchase a second unit. A must have for clean odorless crisp air!

This is a nice air purifier for its small size. I wanted something for our bedroom as we have 2 dogs and a cat who like to sleep with us. The carpet was old and I could smell it even if no one else could. It didn't take long for the NeoAir to make the room smell much fresher. All carpets in the house are gone now, but NeoAir came in handy when we had laminate floors installed which created a lot of sawdust. I moved it to the living room and it took awhile, but the room seemed much fresher the next day.

Two smokers in the house, two cats, a dog, high mold environment in Central Texas, and high tree and weed pollens. This machine will clean it all up! There was nothingthing that could have been done to improve your shopping experience because the machine was delivered on time, in perfect condition, filters, etc. Might be advantageous to have reminder ordering info. on filters in the box.

The product has improved the air of our home dramatically. My breathing and allergy problems have improved so much that my husband and I are amazed. We've been running them 24/7 ever since they came. We can't thank you enough for the great prices on such a superior product.

For one particular feature we really wanted it is just as described - VERY quiet, and we could tell a difference in the air quality right away. We may have to save up to buy a second unit!
