mechanical filtration: a particulate pre-filter, formulated activated carbon
filter; HEPA filter, and carbon-impregnated post filter. Two germicidal UV lamps
provide protection against biological contaminants such as viruses, bacteria,
and fungi, and casters allow you to move your NQ Clarifier from room to room
with ease. Furthermore, NQ air purifiers are widely used in hospitals and even
in U.S. administrative branches such as the U.S. Army, U.S. Customs, and the
U.S. Navy.
In addition, the NQ Clarifier air purifier has proven its efficacy through
rigorous independent testing. In a July 2006 test performed at the Fleming
Clinic in Tours, France, microbiologists found that the NQ Clarifier was able to
reduce 87% of harmful particulates in just 24 hours. Researchers involved in
the study thus determined that the NQ Clarifier performed very well in "real
hospitals and clinics."
