Very good service and speed of exchange.
I ordered the BRH482 and when I received I had ordered a unit with 30 amp/240v plug. I needed a BRH402 unit with correct plug. I contacted Air & Water by e-mail and returned unit and they shipped me the unit I needed. They shipped the BRH402 unit prior to receiving my returned BRH482 unit.
New unit is as specified and works fine.
Can not beat that service and speed of shipment.

This unit arrived on time and in great condition. The weather has turned warmer so it hasn't been used a lot, but when I needed it, I got the required hear.

I just recently purchased this heater to heat a 36 ft. x 60 ft shop. I got tired buying kerosene and putting kerosene into a heater twice a day. Also $3.45 per gallon was the cheapest I could find and over $8.00 and Lowes and Home Depot per gallon, so this heater was a lot cheaper to operate and no hassle. It also heated my shop a lot better and kept it nice a warm, which was not happening prior. I was just barely keeping it above 32 degrees before during the low teens and twenty weather we was having. It is a lot saver to use and you do not have flammable cans of kerosene sit around anymore either.

Hi, a few years ago I built a separate garage to be able to spread out while doing household repairs/improvements. I needed a space heater to be able to continue to use the garage over the winter months. This heater is light but very powerful. I am able to use it for "spot" heating without bearing the expense of constantly heating the entire garage space. So far I am very happy with it.

I recently purchased the Q-Mark BRH482 garage Heater and have been pleasantly surprised on its great performance. It heats my two-car garage in a timely and efficient manner and it is able to be set a comfortable temperature. It's very quiet and takes up very little space. I couldn't be happier or more impressed.

I bought this to raise the temperature in my garage a few degrees so I can work out there in the winter. This thing raises the temperature to a comfort level in about 20 minutes. If I work in the garage too long, a couple of hours, it actually gets too warm and I need to turn the heater down. I live in Lakes Region of New Hampshire so it can get pretty cold. If you are looking for a good heater, this is it.

Bought this heater to heat a exercise room in my garage, that is about 220 sq. ft. Works great, for a room that has a big single pane window and only insulated in the roof. We keep the room at about 60 degrees and it was in the teens last week outside and the heater would only have to kick on 2-3 time an hour and run for 2-3 minutes at a time. It has a very powerful blower that really get the air moving, almost to good for the room size. You will get into a work out and the sweat will start rolling, the heater will kick on and you pray the thermostat will kick it off real soon. The only thing I wish it came with a bracket, so I made a bracket to get it up out of the reach of children. But all in all very satisfied with the heater.
