Does not run very quietly though. Thermostat works well on the unit. As long as the fan holds up I have no complaints. Have not received first electric bill yet but I don't think it uses much to heat up.

I found the product to be reliable for several years; used each winter in an unfinished basement. After the first one stopped working (the fan stopped engaging) I ordered a second. The same problem happened, both after several years usage. My third unit is working fine. I attempted to order a replacement fan motor for the disabled units but was told they were no longer available. Able to easily maintain a 68 degree temperature range.
