We borrowed a Biozone before purchasing this unit and loved it. The machine works amazingly. We own two cats and two dogs. So pet odors are a serious problem. This unit deals with everything. Slight ozone smell sometimes but we don't mind that. This unit covers a larger area than they say in their material. This unit is adequate for our main floor which is about 2000 sq. ft. We borrowed a Biozone 500 for a week to see if it would help in ridding our home of pet odors. We have 2 cats and two dogs. So there are a variety of unwanted smells. Within one day the house smelled better. The odors were not just masked. They were gone. Our new unit seems a bit more effective than the borrowed one. The manufacturer notes that you must change the bulb annually. So if we run continuously, we get a mild ozone smell. This unit handles the first floor of our home about 2,000 sq.ft. The unit does come in black and white which the operator did not tell me. July 27, 2010
