The temperature in my house fluctuates quite a bit. In the winter we keep it at about 72? and in the summer the house stays at a cozy 85? or so. While I might flourish in the warm, balmy heat of summer, apparently Hubby and expensive Pinot Noir do not! Over the past 10 years Hubby and I have been eyeing Wine Refrigerators, searching for one that would fit perfectly in our kitchen. I wanted something that was aesthetically pleasing with dual controls since Hubby likes red wine and I gravitate towards white. After reading reviews, shopping and researching we never found a Wine Cooler that was ideal for us. That was until we found the NewAir AW-210ED 21 Bottle Dual Zone Thermoelectric Wine Cooler. The unit arrived ready to use except for the handles which were easy to place on the Wine Cooler. The Wine Cooler is maintaining temperatures of upper 44 and lower 51. We love the compact size and the sleek design,it's really beautiful. The NewAir AW-210ED 21 Bottle Dual Zone Thermoelectric Wine Cooler is ideal for novices starting out or those who consider themselves wine connoisseurs.

One of the biggest sellers of this dual-zone cooler for me were that each compartment had their OWN door. I noticed some other dual-zone coolers that just have the one door don't allow it to have a good seal in between them to prevent the different compartment temperatures from leaking into each other. I am able to keep the top zone at 44 deg and the bottom at 60 deg. There are a few small downfalls. The first being that although I like the idea of the two doors, the bottom door is positioned a little too low so that the seal is only JUST able to meet at the top of that compartment. Another thing is that the interior lights don't do much for "enhancing visibility." In fact, it's hard to even tell they're on. I was able to fit a few larger-diameter bottles in the cooler, however, it is pretty tight and you can't really pull out the racks with them in there. It is a relatively quiet cooler, but it does make me think my computer is on sometimes because it sounds very similar. Also, take note that it does have double-paned doors. I didn't see that description on any of the websites I researched. Overall, so far I am happy with this product and very pleased with Air & Water's customer service!

This wine fridge is a great size and looks great in any environment. Can accommodate different sized wine bottles! Noise level is great; don't even notice it at times. Temperature is good but you have to play around a bit with getting it to the temperature you want. Just depends on your environment and how warm it is. Overall, love the purchase!

For the short time I have had this it is working well. A slightly larger capacity would be helpful

So far it has met my expectations. The only issue that I have noticed is the upper door seems to have been attached at a slight angle. This has not affected function, but it does take away from the esthetics.

I was very excited about the wine cooler, I read great reviews but they lack an assessment after 3+ months of use. The The buttons do not function and it does not cool enough.

I have wanted a wine cooler for a while now. I did a lot of research and finally picked the AW 210ED. I wanted a dual control unit but not something that was super expensive. No problem with delivery and it was in good condition when I took it out of the box. The temperature is accurate. I have it in my laundry room so I don't really hear it. I guess you can compare the noise to a fan running all the time. The only problem is that it is full so I will have to drink more (not really a problem)!!

After many years of hemming and hawing, I finally decided to purchase a wine storage unit when I realized that I owned several bottles of wine whose value was significant. I don't know how they will drink when I finally have the "right occasion" to open them, but at least they won't deteriorate further. And future gifts or purchases of great wine will not go to waste. The unit stands 31.5 inches high and is 13 inches wide. It is 20 inches deep and all in all, the footprint is small enough for me to hide it in one corner of my study. The only moving part in the thermoelectric unit is a fan and the noise level is unobtrusive and lower than that of the internal fan in a laptop computer. The dual temperature sections are a nice feature, though I'm not sure if I will ever have a sufficient number of good white wines to store at a different temperature from the reds. The unit is light enough to be moved around easily and the only parts needing installation are the 2 handles which screw into the front doors. Both handles and screw holes were machined well and easy to attach. There is a blue LED light that gives the unit a futuristic appearance. Most importantly, the wine racks accommodate all sizes of wine bottle and the unit will accommodate the stated 21 bottles. All in all, I am happy with the purchase. It was one of the cheapest wine fridges I found and has an excellent set of features. Purchasing on Amazon was very easy and delivery was free. I can't speak to the longevity of the unit or the responsiveness of their service department and I hope never to need to call.

First unit came slightly damaged and I contacted them and they sent out another unit that day. 2nd unit arrived no problems. Looks good, some fan noise but not much, less than most. Temperature seems to hold well in each zone. Most of all the wine bottles fit. I know some of the larger won't but that holds true for most coolers at this range.I would have to say thumbs up!

THIS HOLDS 21 BOTTLES. 3) WE NEEDED SOMETHING COMPACT AND ATTRACTIVE THAT WE COULD PLACE ANYWHERE IN OUR HOUSE. AND 4) WE DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY. I spent about a week researching online for product, pricing and customer reviews for wine coolers. After all of that I decided on this cooler. I have a smaller home and the size is perfect and the price was great. I'm pleased with the overall design. I really like the separate doors to access the white and red wines. I have it placed in my dining room on the other side of the wall of my living room. It didn't take very long for it to cool down to the selected temperatures and during that time it didn't make as much noise as my regular fridge does. Once it reached the temp I selected it became very quiet and I forget it is there. The ordering process was great and it was shipped the same day. I haven't had it very long but from all the research I have done on this company I feel confident that they will take care of me if anything goes wrong with the cooler.

It may seem strange that I rate so many of it characteristics so highly and yet not recommend it. Well, it is very attractive and everyone who has seen it has commented on how elegant it looked. It was a very quiet machine while it lasted, and temperatures were always accurate. However, its internal design and construction are time obsolete. It does not last. I had mine for over 2 years, when the bottom half failed in cooling, and the whole machine was better junked than repaired given the transportation costs. I miss it a lot as I liked the two cabin design and it was rare to get something like at this price range, but I will not get it again. The overall costs of getting it shipped to Canada, the hassle in getting its warranty replacement, it can also get easily damaged by the shipper even in its original box (I have had 2, the first was damaged upon arrival), and the fact that it conked out after 2 years do not encourage me to buy this again. The plus side is, the company has always been attentive but the warranty coverage is carried by a different company. Until the quality of its construction improves, this is not an appliance that will last more than a couple of years. Caveat emptor!

I love this wine cooler but can't get the top (white wine) compartment to cool below 55 degrees F. It is installed in a cabinet in the space of a former trash compactor. May be better as a stand alone. I plan to try a find a small and very quiet fan to mount in back of the cabinet space to move more air over the cooler

Fast delivery and product arrived in great condition, easy to set up. Using in kitchen under island counter which is a very nice fit. Cooling is variable but adequate as is depends on what the ambient temperature is around the room. Good looking unit. Happy to be able to store 21 bottles in 2 temperature zones.

Bottles of different lengths fit into the refrigerator. Great capacity. Two separate areas with separate cooling controls. The only problem is that the refrigerator is not able to remain at its lowest temperature in one compartment while the other compartment is kept at a higher temperature.

Besides the great looks of this wine cooler, the controls are easy to operate and keeps my red wines at the proper temperature. It is well constructed and also has screens in front of the fans so that dust will not accumulate on the fans. My last wine cooler did not have these screens and it caused one of the motors to fail.

Very happy with this product, the wine is appropriately cold and the cooler even looks very nice with the blue light on the display. Very quiet. Solid construction.

I have the cooler for just a week now, but it arrived in perfect shape, looks great, and works well. Only nit pick is it can't seem to get below 46 degrees. Otherwise the actual temperature will reach the set temperature just fine. Only time will tell what the reliability will be, but for $230 it doesn't have to last too many years to be a good buy.

This wine cooler not only has a great sleek design, it's spacious to store larger wine bottles and allows racks to be removed for personalized storage. It holds a constant, accurate temp very well, although drops a degree or 2 when the sun hits it directly, but that's to be expected. It's incredibly quiet and efficient. My only unknown at this time is how long it will last, but I purchased the 2 yr warranty, so hopefully no issues there. One last thing, the shipping was incredibly fast. It shipped the same day, and arrived 3 days earlier than expected, which was just in time for my husbands birthday and made me very happy!

I purchased this thermoelectric wine cooler after the previous one bit the dust completely. This wine cooler is mounted under a cabinet. On warmer days when the A/C is running and the house ambient temp is around 71-72 degrees, this wine cooler has trouble keeping the temps at the lowest settings. It settles around 52-54 degrees no matter what the thermostat is set to. On cooler days when the inside air temp is 66-68 degrees, it runs fine. I keep the top shelf at 46 degrees and the bottom at 52 degrees. I also run a small fan to exhaust heat from behind the unit. Also, when the unit arrived, the top door hinge was bent. I had to bend it back to get a good seal around the door. The design is OK. A bit clunky. For the price, I guess this is what you get. Only time will tell if NewAir makes a good product or not.

So far, so good. We have only been using this wine cooler for about 2 weeks but it seems to hold temperatures well. We like the fact that it has a door for each zone. The noise level is minimal so we hardly know it's here.

First one I ordered did not keep the temps at all but a new one was shipped right away and I have had this one for five months and am very happy with it. I just ordered a larger one and prefer the wooden racks over these wire racks. For the price I really recommend this cooler and brand.

I've had the AW-210E for a month now and it has been holding the temps I set from day 1. ( 50 degrees upper and 63 degrees lower ) It is a very attractive cooler that blends well with my italian themed kitchen decor. Despite other negative ratings due to the noise of this unit, I have not noticed it at all unless I walk into my kitchen and I barely notice it running then. Package came very fast and there was no damage at all to the shipping box. Upon opening I noticed it was packed very secure and there was no visable damage to the unit. I easily attached the upper and lower handles and plugged it in after letting it come to room temprature for safety reasons. I put several red wines in the lower and 6 white wines in the upper and temps are holding with no fluctuation. I love this wine cooler and only wished I had bought one a long time ago. I did extended research on a wine cooler, since we had one that had been a real pain, to put it mildly. Our previous one was not only loud, but malfunctioned after a year. Then it died completely after another 3 years. Needless to say, I was a little dubious of wine coolers. We've owned this one for only 2 weeks, but it seems wonderful so far. It's very quiet, attractive, and has accurate temperature control. Sure hope it lasts....:-)

Time will tell if "excellent" will apply to this unit. Looks great, performs well so far. Billed as "silent" but it appears to make same noise level as compressor type units.

Air & Water was very prompt in having this product shipped to me. So far, this wine cooler is working as well as expected. It is holding the temperature at what it is set and is QUIET. It's nice to have the wine being chilled and not sitting on the bar or in a cabinet. The blue compartment lights give it a unique character.

Everything about this cooler is good except bottom row of buttons do not work easily. It is quite noisy but off in the kitchen not a big deal.

The attractive design of this cooler is what initially caught our eye. We did some research and found that this manufacturer has the longest life to cost ratio. When we received it we installed the door pulls and placed in our formal dining area. We have been surprised at the very low noise level. Also, the blue light adds a neat feature for looks, however it is not adequate to actually read the labels through the doors. Temperature control has been spot on so far. We had some freinds bring a large bottle of wine and much to our surprise it fit without any problems. All in all, I would recommend this wine cooler to the novice who is just starting out. Very compact and sleek looking.

This is a great product overall. It is very stylish and I really like the blue interior lights. The only thing that could be better would be the noise level, it could run quieter. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wine Cooler works fantastic. My wife loves it. Dual zone temperature controls work great for chilling white and red wines seperately. Easy to read controls and very classy design help this fit in with our decor.

Have enjoyed the wine cooler since it arrived. The handles were easy to install but appreciated reviews that reminded people to peel back the door seal to install. The manual should have this stated in installation. Temperature control is very accurate and steady. The unit only took a few hours to cool down after loading with wine. The unit is in my kitchen and noise levels are not noticeable. I probably would have bought the wooden racks as the metal racks do not pull out very well and bottles do get tight if not the standard 750 ml. Most noticeable with whites and Pinot Noirs. I would recommend anyone to purchase.

Very happy with the purchase. I did a fair amount of research prior to picking this unit, and this seemed to be the best dual zone entry level unit based on features, size, and reviews. So far (1 month) it has not disappointed at all. Delivery was prompt and assembly took minutes (handles). Clarifications for the non-excellent marks; 1) Noise - it is not noisy, but there is a low level constant sound (normal I believe), so I deemed 4/5 stars as not perfect by would call it very good. 2) Accurate temp control - i see the display is always within one degree of the set level (not related to opening/closing). Same as above, not perfect but very good.

I bought this in June 2009 and as of August 2011 only the top zone functions. If you buy this I would suggest an extended warranty. I am now getting a wine cooler with a compressor. Yes, it's more expensive but from what I hear it will last much longer.

I did allot of research and am so glad I went with this model. It's quiet, looks good, and the split doors make all the difference. I put in my own thermometer and set the upper and lower temps 12 degrees apart with 21 bottles of wine. Both compartments are right on the money with the digital settings. I highly recommed this cooler for your perfectly chilled wine pleasure and entertainment

The first cooler I got was not packed well...the top zone worked, but the card on the bottom zone was fried. Customer service was excellent.. they had a replacement out before I could get the defective one repacked...by the way.. it is almost impossible to find a box to fit the exiting box into.. I found that piecing two large U-Haul boxes together and the use of bubble wrap works The replacement unit was packed better and everything is working properly. Customer service told me that if I want the extended warranty.. I need to call them before the 90 day trail period is up.. I may do this in that these cooler seem to be tempermental I will give a follow up review as time goes by

I'm most impressed with Air n Water. I ordered online and received the product within 3 days. Product arrived in perfect condition and is working very well so far. It has only been about a month. I gave 4 stars only because it's been a very short time since we received the cooler.

When I first got this cooler, I was very impressed, it looks nice, worked great at first, and I liked the two temperature zones. Unfortunately, the digital display and controls began to malfunction within a few months, and now the cooler makes loud noises and I have had to unplug for fear that it will catch on fire. I have owned it for almost 2 years. You would think a quality product would last longer than that.

Bottles don't fit the best. Would like to have had more room for white wine. Like the look and is much quieter than or last one.

The wine cooler is good looking, compact in size, and fairly quiet in operation. I had an electrical outlet installed in a closet, and have my wine cooler located here (there is plenty of room around the cooler for air circulation). This unit is a great size, doesn't take up much floor space, but holds enough bottles to satisfy my needs. The cooler was delivered a day early and packed very well. It was simple to attach the handles and level it. It's quiet. This is a great wine cooler.

Like the size (dimensions), shape and color of the cooler...great for small spaces. Holds plenty of bottles, but wish it had an area where you could stand bottles upright. Handles were hard to attach to doors and it was noisy when first plugged in, but once unit reached the temperatures that were set it quieted down. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

Looks nice, seems to run fine. It seems to have circulation fans that run most of the time. Sounds like a somewhat louder than usual computer.

I ordered this very close to Christmas, and it got here in plenty of time, so the service is good. The unit is attractive, and well made. The only assembly required is putting the handles on, which was not as easy as some reviewers have said. The temperature settings for both upper and lower compartments have stayed right on the money - with the caveat that we haven't gone through a summer yet. But with an air conditioned space, that shouldn't be a problem. The picture shows the blue glow inside the unit, but you can turn off either or both lights. This is NOT "silent". There is a noticeable, but not loud, hum when it's cooling.

There was nothing in the directions which informs you that the door seal has to be pulled out to put in the screws for the handles. Didn't want to damage the unit to find out so I called customer service who confirmed that's what you do. Directions should be corrected. Once seal was out of the way I had one hole that wouldn't allow the screw for the handle to pass through. I had to use my drill to complete the hole. The unit seems to be working fine keeping the wine at the set temp.

I was dreaming to have my wine cooler and looking the available models on the market I didn't find one within my price range with specs/size I want. Then I found this one. Purchased on Saturday... got it on Tuesday!!!! It was AWESOME! It has all I wish... I'm beyond happy. Definitely recommend Air & Water!

Our first cooler was very loud so we sent it back and got another one delivered. The second one is a little quieter but still louder than I would prefer and that I thought it was supposed to be. However, this unit doesn't keep the temperature consistent like the first one did. It's only a couple degrees or so off and fluctuates up and down so it isn't a huge problem. Still like the size for a small spot in the room and the looks of the unit.

I just relocated to Austin, Texas and needed a small wine cooler to put in my temporary apartment. I ordered it through the air & water web site and it arrived without any problem. The best thing I like about this unit is its quietness. The temperature on both zones seems to be quite stable. With its reasonable price and the fact that I already used up all the space, I am going to get another bigger one from Air & Water.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. I also bought the wood shelves. This is nice looking unit that seems to work very well. The only downside is that when you use the wood shelves you have to slide the shelf out to get a bottle out.

This wine cooler have a stunning design. The blue lights are really nice with the black shiny case. It's really well constructed. It doesn't look fragile at all, it look really solid. It was pretty fast to get to the desired temperature and make no noise at all. The dimension is just perfect especially for a 2 zone wine cooler. Great product!

Overall, I have been very satisfied with this model. I use it in my office where I conduct a great deal of conference calls, and the machine is virtually silent. This is a great buy. I looked around at all the other models of similar price and found this to be the best for the money. The unit shipped as Air-n-Water confirmed it would. Assembling the handles was a cinch. Setting the temperature is very intuitive. Unit is extremely quiet and keeps wine cool at two pre-set temperatures.

Have only had the unit about a month. So far works well. I removed the NewAir sticker from the glass with a little mineral oil and some elbow grease as I thought it looked a little tacky. Also, for the upper section (whites), can't fit two bottles of Dom as they're too "fat" even with the lower shelf removed or, sacrifice capacity by one bottle. Can however fit one Dom and one Perrier-Jouet without issue. Unless it dies prematurely, I'd buy another.

This wine cooler looks great! Everyone who sees it, says something like "Whoa- that must have been expensive!" They are shocked at how little it cost. It's very quiet, we cannot even hear it's on. Very satisfied with our purchase! Also, Air & Water was very easy to deal with- shipping was fast and easy.

We received this unit promptly and well packaged from New Air. We followed instruction to leave it upright for 24 hours prior to putting it into service. It equilibrated after approximately 12 hours at the temperatures we set each section. The upper area was set at 62F which is where we placed a less frequently used red wine and the lower area was set at 50F for our chardonnay. The quality of the unit thus far is excellent and compared to other units we have seen at local retailers is far superior in terms of design, appearance, function, and cost. It is a quiet running unit and the concerns expressed in internet reviews are not an issue from my experience thus far. For our purposes this unit meets our expectation.

We are quite happy with this product, it was shipped very quickly and works up to our satisfaction. One thing I have noticed is in this area we have quite a bit of power outages. Rather than go back to the settings that I have programmed it to it resets itself to the factory settings.

Ideal size for my family. I'm in wine sales and distribution and found your product to be just what I need for my fledgling collection. The price was comparable to the cabinet I would have put in that spot when remodeling my kitchen.

I purchased two units, one for me and one for my daughter. My unit works perfect but my daughters has a "touch panel control problem with the lower unit. The warranty requires me to pay the shipping both ways to exchange the unit ($45) so for a minor defect it's not worth the money to exchange. However, because I would essentially have to pay to have them fix their problem, I'm not a satisfied customer. Warranty service should include the cost of shipping! Also, there is an irritating design feature with the unit. If you have any power failure the unit resets the set temperature to 54 deg. F. The unit needs a built-in memory circuit to maintain set temperature when power is restored. After saying all of this, I am satisfied with the operation and looks of the unit, especially for the money. The warranty exchange policy is my only gripe.

I am using the cooler for wine, beer and sparkling water bottles. Since there are two zone temps this saves on electric power. The unit is quiet and fits in very well with my other kitchen units. I was also pleased with the price and the shipping costs.

I have a large pantry in which I keep this wine cooler. It's the perfect size, large enough so I can buy cases of wine and get a volume discount. It has a very simple, no frills design which I like. It is fairly quiet as well.

Use the product to store both my red and white wines. Love the fact that it is just the right size to fit in my dining room next to my wine cabinet. Like that it stores an adequate amount of both reds and whites that accomodate my personal taste. LOVE the blue lighting. LOVE the dual zones. So far temps are accurate based on the settings, but have only had the product for a month. Past reviews of this product indicated that temp settings do not hold after 5 months. I will have to wait and see. Only bad thing I can say, as of right now, is that the label on the door fell off and even though I've tried to put it back, it won't stick, hence, now my upper compartment has a gooey stickiness on the glass part of it.

The site was helpful in researching and choosing a wine cooler for our new basement. The unit arrived quickly and in good condition. It was worked well since we received it. One small quality issue with the system. The digital readout on the upper compartment will often go dark. I can make it come back if I unplug the unit, but then I have to reset the temp.

Product is all we expected, runs quietly, works great, and looks great in our kitchen.

The Wine Cooler I purchased has been great. Very quiet, very consistent and very easy on the eyes. Unfortunately, when it was shipped, the light did not work in the upper section. Air & Water Inc promptly mailed another light out to me; but it did not solve the problem. This is not a deal breaker, but it does affect the overall appearance of the cooler. If we need to purchase another cooler, we would go through Air & Water Inc and would most likely purchase another NewAir Cooler. Thanks.

Overall, this is a fine wine cooler. Pros: It's attractive and quiet and does a good job at maintaining temperature. Cons: It only fits standard size 750 ml. wine bottles. I purchased this because my fridge was getting crowded up with larger bottles of wine and standard-size bottles of champagne. I can't even fit the champagne in, so, while it does a great job with the regular wine bottles, I wish it had more versatility.

Sleek design and dual temp for a real bargain! Unit is holding temps and very quiet. Holds standard size bottles well, but long-neck bottles must be angled reducing capacity. Overall, very pleased.

I really like the wine cooler so far. It isn't noisy and keeps temperature well, unlike some of the other reviews I read. It did take several weeks to ship to me, but once I got it, I love it!

This is one very compact and elegant wine cooler. Although I love wine, by no means do I drink a lot frequently, so the size is just perfect. The unit is sooooo quiet that I have to be up close to hear the soft breezy hum that indicates it is working. The blue light is a beautiful touch and although you can't really see much, the accent makes the unit look like a very classy accessory. It keeps the temperatures very well; I keep the white wine above, and the red wine in the compartment below at 10 degrees and 15 degrees Celsius respectively. I think this is an excellent product although I did also purchase an extended warranty. So we will see how well this holds up next year.

This is my fourth and hopefully, my last wine cooler. The previous three were another manufacturer's that all failed in about a year. So far so good with the NewAir model. It looks great and holds the temps at or very near the desired temps.

I believe this cooler is a perfect mix of both form and fashion in its design. Shipping is adequate and assembly of handles is a snap. While Wood shelves would add to its appeal, the wire ones are just as effective. Be sure to read the instructions about not plugging it in for an hour after set-up. The only thing I do not like is the cheap looking sticker on the front glass. I would prefer the logo be etched in the glass or placed in a corner instead of smack in the middle of the glass. I removed mine and now have glue all over the glass to clean. Judging how easy it came off, I think would have fallen off eventually anyway. That aside, Great Product!! Shop around as prices do vary.

5 years ago, I would have never thought I needed a Wine Cooler. After marrying a woman who has taught me to appreciate wine, I don't know how people live without a Wine Cooler. The NewAir Thermoelectric Wine Cooler is quiet, easy to use, and attractive. I am sure that we will end up getting a larger cooler when we remodel the kitchen. The service from Air-n-Water has been fantastic and the price was incredible! We will be back.

Very impressed - from the very short, prompt efficient delivery to the well packaged, protected unit - simply unpack, install the handles and switch on - very quickly the correct temperatures were obtained in the two compartments - wine bottle added and the very next days we were imbibing correct temperature wine.

We have had the wine cooler for about 1 week now. So far, it is very quiet and great looking. I love the dual zone, the temperature appears to be fairly accurate. We did have some problems getting it. It was on backorder for several weeks which took longer than we were told to get. I would recommend.

I just received this unit to replace an earlier one that arrived damaged. The order was very fast and I received the original 4 days in Canada after I ordered it. The first was badly dented on the top and back, and after reporting it to get a xmlnsnt, New Air processed it after 3 days (which was longer than I expected), but a new one was immediately sent on its way that same day. So 8 days after I got the first damaged unit, I received the xmlnsnt. It works as described, right out of the box. The design is sleek, elegant and fitted right in my dining room. The blue light shows off the wine beautifully, and I love the sensor touch pad for the controls. I get the feeling that the compromise to go with thermoelectric instead of compressors traded the downside of noise (with compressors) for quiet, but at the same time I don't think it has the same power as a compressor unit, given some of the reviews I saw where the cooling effect is relative to the ambient room temperature. But as my dining room is usually kept cool, this is not a problem. It runs nearly silently with only a soft breezy sound, which is perfect. I highly recommend this unit as long as you don't intend to store it in the garage or somewhere overly warm. Beautiful design - well done, NewAir!

Have only had the unit for a couple of weeks but so far I'm very satisfied. Have previously owned three other wine refrigerators that broke down after about a year of use. I have high hopes for this NewAir Refrig. It fits in the location where I kept the other coolers and it holds three more bottles in less space than the old units.

We are very pleased with our wine chiller. It arrived on schedule in perfect condition. The only complaint we have is that the little air and water sticker on the outside of the door is crooked. Not the best presentation. Other than that we are very pleased so far.

This is a great wine fridge. I won't repeat what other people say in reviews, but basically (a) it looks nice, (b) it works, (c) unlike many other fridges you can fit any wine bottles in there. When our house gets too hot (we don't have AC), the white wine section could go to 13C degrees instead of 12C, which we like to keep it at. But to my palate, this is indistinguishable. The fridge is quiet -- you can't hear it. Our regular large fridge (a good model too) is much noisier. Air-N-Water customer service is awesome. The first fridge arrived slightly damaged (a piece of door was chipped off). They immediately sent the new one. They did not want the old one back, so I sold it on craigslist at half the price (because it was still perfectly functioning) -- good deal! Although this is a stand-alone fridge, we actually use it as a built-in. We left some space around the edges for the hot air to circulate and put another vent on the side of the counter. Works well! I highly recommend the fridge and the company. I've done lots of research on wine fridges, and this one is just the best in terms or price and quality factor.

I found this wine cooler to be the best value for the money. Consumer Reports had good things to say too! We actually purchased this wine cooler as a wedding gift for my brother-in-law. He and his wife, LOVE it!

I purchased the cooler because of the reviews that said it was very quiet, when in fact, ours has become very loud. Within a week the unit started making noise. We can hear the fan/hum at the top of the stairs and at the front door, when the cooler is in our kitchen. Our friends liked the cooler and asked us to get one for them, because it would go in a room where noise did not matter. When theirs arrived, it was quiet, but for how long? We are past the warranty period and I don't have the shipping materials or time to ship it back, just to pay a shipping and restocking fee. My fault, because I should have kept the box and sent it back right away.

I was very hesitant as I have had two wine refrigerators that both lasted exactly two years and just died. They were the small 9 bottle counter-top models. After surfing the internet I came across this one, read the reviews and decided ok- one last time. I am very happy with it. I love the two zones, the deepness of it as the others would not allow certain bottles. They were too long. Overall, it is sleek, quiet, was easy to setup. I will get back to you in two years to let you know if it lasted past the two year mark-lol. I would order again from this company. They were quick and reliable.

Working great! Both lower (62) and upper (52) zone temperatures have not fluctuated since the start. It holds the right amount of both white and red wine to meet our consumption patterns.

I got this for father's day, and it was a nice surprise. Overall, it is an attractive unit that takes care of our better wines and displays them nicely as well. My only criticisms are that I did not get an owner's manual with the unit, so I don't know about the warranty, how to dim the blue display lights (a bit bright at the factory setting), etc.

Wine cooler is working very well, fits into the slot of the garbage disposal, so we had no problem with fitting it in, just slid into place, and the separate storage for white and red wine is great. Temperature won't hold when the house gets warm in the afternoon. Sometimes 5-10 degrees warmer than wanted temperature.

We received our wine cooler about three weeks ago and we are very happy with it. The first one arrived damaged in shipping and they replaced it with a new unit quickly with no hassles. The dual temperature feature is great.

This had a price much lower than my previous 18 bottle dual zone fridge that had its upper zone fail after just 2 years. My old unit (bought at Target from a different manufacturer) had loud fans that were constantly running. While it did its job while it was working, many bottles would fit without removing shelves or angling bottles on shelves. The New Air I just purchased seems to accommodate a larger variety of bottle sizes and shapes, is significantly quieter (I have to be right beside it to actually hear the fans, which are still quiet and unintrusive). Unit appears to maintain a stable temperature with no more than a degree fluctuation despite room temp fluctuation. Looks very nice, blue interior light much more pleasant than the old cold white light in my old unit. Easy to assemble and set up, all four leg posts are adjustable so you can level the unit. Package did arrive VERY beat up, but I blame FedEx for that, and took pictures just in case. A call to Air and Water met with a friendly support worker who was willing to have the unit replaced at no cost to me before I even hooked it up and turned it on - however I decided I'd give it a try and had no problems over the last two weeks. I was informed that if any problems due arise that they are more than willing to replace it due to damage in shipping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall very happy with the company to this point, and the product. Again only running for about two weeks, hopefully lasts past the two years my old one made it . . . . One note - did have to relevel the doors during initial setup to ensure a good thermal seal - was easy to do, just loosen two screws on hinge securing bottom of top door and top of bottom door. Also, due to shipping companies not following directions on boxes mine was left on its side when delivered. Customer service said to make sure unit is left upright and level undisturbed for a good 3 hours before turning on for the first time or after moving to ensure everything settles and unit operates properly.

Well we have had our lovely wine fridge for about three weeks now and I love it! I'm a newbie with wine drinking so when all my friends come over that have been drinking wine forever they are stunned at how cool my fridge is. I did my homework before purchasing and am glad I did. I think for the $$ this is a great deal. The light and temp control is on the outside which makes is so easy to use. And the light inside is blue, hello, way cool.

Prompt shipping - was delivered in a few days with no damage. This was a Xmas gift for a friend. It's a nice looking unit, which is good because they had to put it in a corner of their dining room. They tell me it works well and is very quiet. Also, they have had no problems fitting bottles into the racks. (I noticed the racks are deep enough for taller bottles.)

We got our wine cooler about a week ago. Several (good) surprises. First, not much assembly required. Basically all there is to do is to screw in the door handles. This wine cooler is everything it is cracked up to be. It has worked perfectly, and keeps wine at the temperature you choose. If the top could be set a bit cooler, I'd use it for beer as well, but 44 degrees is as about as cool as it gets--which is perfect for white wine. We have enjoyed having it and would recommend it to anyone. It is small enough to be placed in tight places, but has a capacity of 21 bottles, which is great. We are happy we found it at Air & Water and think that the NewAir products are great!

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and did lots of research before making the purchase. My biggest challenge was deciding what size cooler we needed. Ultimately I did get one that was too small, however, to go any bigger I would have been out of my price range. So, the cooler I chose was based on product reviews. There were some brands that seemed to have continuous problems w/in the first year. This brand had one of the best consistent positive reviews. We have the cooler sitting on carpet and it has a slight hum that you only hear when there are no sounds in the house. It is not distracting at all. We keep it full, it keeps a constant temperature at all times. The blue lights are sooo cool. The doors are sturdy and seal very well. We have been using this product since 12-26-09 and have had no problems with it all. The price point through Air & Water was very reasonable and fit my budget. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Well I use to store wines. I actually just keep it between 54-57 degrees for both red and white wines. I kind of regret buying this, because I think I would have preferred something bigger. Wines can be very collectible, it can grow out you wine cooler very quickly. I do have spaces left to place more wines, but I think if want to store a few for a long time and few to drink casually, then I may need more space.

I purchased a New Air wine cooler/refrigerator, Model AW-210ED. It is a fine product. just as pictured and described. The upper portion (for white wine) doesn't cool down to the lowest temperature, but does get within a degree or two and maintains that temperature. The lower portion (red wine) maintains whatever temperature is set--assuming that the read-outs are accurate! I would recommend the product. It is compact, does the job it is designed to do, and looks attractive. We are pleased with the purchase. The product was delivered much quicker than I had expected and the shopping experience was a good one. I can't think of any way to improve the experience we had.
