I have been very pleased with the performance of the NewAir AU-400 humidifier as it has done a great job of holding up the humidity in our house. The only maintenance required is a cleaning with the special cleaner provided about once a week when it has been in constant use. The only problem I have is setting the tank back on the base because it has to be perfectly aligned to fit in place and that requires some shifting around. All in all I give this product an excellent rating, and would not hesitate to buy it again.
