I bought this product to use at our camper. We were constantly running out of ice for our drinks. I start the machine in the morning and within a couple hours I have 2 gallon bags full of ice. Within a half day, I have a freezer full of ice! It's so simple, put a gallon of water in and turn it on! I love the drain on the side to empty the water. The fan in it is a little noisy, but having ice when we need it definately outweighs that. When camping season is done, we will bring it home and put it in our "Man Cave" so we don't have to run back and forth to the house to get ice. I have suggested this product to other campers because I am extremely pleased with it. I highly recommend the NewAir AI-210W. It is worth every cent!

the old refrigerator's new friend
I purchased this ice maker for my daughter as a christmas gift.Christmas was at her home this year and there were 14 people there. Her fridge ice maker could not keep up.
she opened the gift, plugged it in and in no time her fridge found a new friend. Between the two we had plenty of ice from there on. Everyone marveled at it. My daughter has two teenage sons and her home is their friends hangout. Keeping up with ice cube demands was next to impossible. Not anymore. My daughter called me this morning,thanked me and said it was the perfect gift for her.

Love this product!
This ice maker has exceeded my expectations! I called customer service to ask a few questions so I could make a decision and the representative set up to call me back the following day. She called right at the time she said she would and I made my purchase. The ice maker arrived within a few days. I was very impressed by the production of ice. Our ice maker in our refrigerator has gone out recently so this will be perfect for us. We have an RV and plan on taking this with us when we stay at the lake. The New Air AI-210 will pay for itself because we stay at the lake for two weeks at a time and a bag of ice is $2.00 plus gas. Great product New Air!

Enjoying Product but.....
This product is what I've been looking for. I love the idea of not plumbing and mobility. The ice is just the right size (3 size option) but the machine has a very loud "humming/churining" noise, which is a small Bed and Breakfast like this is annoying to my guest.

This product was not reliable
It broke within 6 months of ownership and then we found out it would cost nearly 1/3 of it???s value to ship. We wrote it off to ???you get what you pay for???!
