The whole experience buying this ice maker was so easy.
The website is easy to use. The ordering process was simple. I received notification of my order quickly. I also had a tracking number to follow once it shipped.
About the ice maker-- I love it. It's easy to use and quiet other than the cubes dropping into the bin which isn't very loud. I would take this camping, too. Iced tea is wonderful in the summer... the ice is a must! Now I can have all I want every 8 minutes! Don't worry if you get tiny ice bullets the first round. That seems to be normal and also in the first run after a few days of non-use. The first few runs the ice has plastic taste but that doesn't last. I start it up when I get home from work and by bedtime I have plenty of ice for the next day. I take some to work everyday too. When my tub in the freezer gets full I put the ice in freezer bags. I can't say enough about this iced maker. I absolutely love it! Getting free shipping was nice too.

Love it!
This is just a great product. I love it. I turn it on in the morning so my daughter has fresh ice for her water bottle before school. I then turn it off and turn it back on when I get home from work. I have tried to put it in the freezer, but it clumps up. So I just turn it on when I want ice. It still has a little bit of plastic taste, but I think the first time i did the vinegar, I didn't put enough in. So we will see. The ice is soft enough to jsut eat, which my daughter and i love. Over all it is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone, whether they use a lot of ice or just a little.

it's just a little loud when it makes ice, but it's fast. looks cute. just what we needed to make enough iced drinks everyday.

this product is very easy to use
well constructed, package arrived in excellent condition, instructions were very user friendly. After the inital prep work (cleaning inside, removing tape, light soap and water wash) turned it on, selected the size of cube and presto! after it cooled everything down, it filled the first basket in about 45 mins, from then on about every 15-20 mins. So far it has worked exactly as described...the water reservoir makes about 3 baskets of ice before needing fill-up. I'm pleased with it and recommend it. As a footnote, a friend advised to shut it off if not in use to avoid any possible burn-out. I use purified water and the cubes taste excellent.

Exactly what I was hoping for.
The NewAir AI-100SS ice-maker looks and runs great. It worked great during the holidays as we were entertaining multiple times. I was pleased at how fast it makes ice and how good it looks on the bar.

I purchased this product twice
My daughter wanted an ice maker for Christmas so I found this web site. It was so easy to manuver around the web site it made it easy to put the order in.
The product was delivered by Thanksgiving and delivered to my daughter on Christmas day. She was thrilled and immediately her husband put it to work! It performed very well and is still going. Their three children love the convenience of having ice available all the time.
Now I have purchased one for my home. Having to make sure I purchase ice for my home will no longer be a problem since my ice will be made on my counter with this item.

This is the best item I could have bought for my wife
I bought the ice machine for my wife due to her having low iron and she craves ice all the time. This machine make the best ice for her to chew on. The ice is soft and she can eat as much as she wants without hurting her teeth. I would recommend this product to anyone who would like to have an ice machine that isn't any bigger than a bread maker.
