I purchased a AI-100S from the online store at a very good price. Initially, I had a couple of small issues during the first few days such as the ice tray full light would not turn off, but these were very minor and cycling the power fixed all. The AI-100S has now settled into its counter space and has worked flawlessly since. This device makes an amazing amount of ice from very little water. The ice melts slowly and the large size is perfect for cocktails! I not only would recommend this to a friend, I would give this as a gift.
