This is the perfect heater for a small room or under a desk. My office is very cold and drafty in the winter, and this heater fits just right under my desk. Very slim and unobtrusive; most people don't even know it's there. And, compared to fan-type heaters, there is no noise and it doesn't dry the air out - very important in our harsh Wisconsin winters! Shipping was fast, and set-up was a snap. I had the unit out of the box & running within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this heater to anyone who needs to heat a small space!

Great energy efficient slim line radiator style portable heater
This afforably priced little heater looks like the modern slim-line radiators you encounter in Europe. It is great for small rooms (up to 150 square feet) and tight spaces. Like other oil filled radiators it is slient and less drying than fan forced heaters. Unlike other oil filled radiators it is small, wafer thin, and stylish. Also at 400 watts it is also extremely energy efficient. The thermostat could be a bit more accurate but otherwise the unit is well constructed. I hope to see similar thin radiators for larger spaces in the future. For now two of these will still save you energy $ over most other space heaters.

Excellent product at an excellent price
Our office just found out our open flame space heaters did not meet code for the college campus where we work. I spent a lot of time on the internet finding a low cost closed flame space heater at a reasonable price. My experience matches the rave reviews I read online. The unit meets the college's code and heats our separate office spaces as an out-of sight under-desk model very effectively, and I am sure the utility bill will be lower this month. Great for small area...
We have 90 year old home, with limited electrical capacity. Other space heaters kicked off breaker.
We are able to keep the chill out the bathroom now.

It does not take much energy but does not generate much heat.
It does not generate much heat. You have to be very close (within 12 inches) to feel the heat. However, it is nice and quiet and does not take up much space.

This product is just what I needed!
I needed a small, quiet heater for under my desk at work. I knew it had to be energy efficient and quiet and this little heater was exactly what I needed. I doesn't take long to heat the area under my desk and the heat rises to keep me warm in a very cold, drafty room. I love my heater!
