the ADS-500 utilizes thermoelectric peltier technology. With no compressor or

relative humidity, the NewAir ADS-500 can dehumidify up to 20 ounces of
moisture a day and also features an easy-to-detach, transparent water tank
with a 3.5 pint water tank capacity.
Other features include an automatic switch-off function that prevents spills and
messes when the tank is full, as well as a recessed carrying slot for
portability. Best of all, the AD-500 mini dehumidifier features a built-in air
purification system complete with ionizer and activated carbon filter.
