I've had it for five weeks now and it's working great, the first few days it seemed like it wasn't doing its job, so i try placing it in a different spot and that did it. now it collects like a quart of water every two days. I'm using it in a 20' X 8' room. It didn't feel cheap at all, the style is nice, not too flashy not too dull. It doesn't make too much noise, not more than a regular fan or ac. It has worked great for me so far. Anybody thinking in getting this product should definetly give it a try, I did and I'm glad for it.

This is a very humid city, and I got almost nothing in the dehumidifier. Plus it kept quitting on me. Not what I hoped for.

I use it in my bedroom, and I love it! It was a very good investment! I have to dump the water at least once a week. The fan is quiet, it just makes a little, white noise. and the light just makes the room seem very cozy. It has decreased the dust and mold, a lot!

I bought this to keep my RV dry from condensation during the winter months. I chose this unit specifically because it had dual 12V and 120V powering options. This will allow me to use it on the road and when it's parked outside my home. So far I'm pleased with the unit. The only noise it makes is an innocuous fanning sound and it seems to pull water out of the air. It doesn't draw much power but it doesn't cover a lot of area either. I think I'm going to buy at least one more for the front of the RV.

The first time I removed the water container and attempted to put it back in one of the silver levers connected to the switch came off (the one on the right viewing from the front) I tried to reattach it with no luck. I was able to sort of jam it in by turning it 90 degrees. Now the switch is always enabled. I use the on/off switch to turn it off when I empty the water. I use it in my 21 foot camper and it does a good job. The switch seems cheaply built. Other than the switch issue I like the ADS-400 but would not buy another.

I use the dehumidifier in my bedroom. In less than a week, it was full of water! The noise is very low and peaceful. The glow from the light makes it cozy. I am very glad I got it!

I didn't expect this unit to perform nearly as well as it has. It was relatively cheap and shipped quickly. I use it in my dorm room, which was insanely humid due to some ridiculous Oklahoma weather. It has worked very well; the unit was full of water in about a week. I would highly recommend this unit for any small room.

Had to apply duct tape to the switches that keep the unit on as the plastic holding tank don't go up high enough to keep it running. This unit very cheesy. In my opinion I would not buy this unit again.
