NewAir ADS-300 Mini Dehumidifier With 10 Oz Capacity

I live in Quebec, Canada and its now almost Winter Time, I can't open the bathroom window because it gets way too cold and I do not have a celling fan. I didn't want to use a huge Dehumidifier, my washroom is way too small, so I decided to purchase the NewAir ADS-300 Mini Dehumidifier. I'm very happy with my choice and decision. exemple : after a 15 minutes shower, my celling was starting to drop water. NOW that I use the Dehumidifier I barely get fog in the mirror ! it makes a HUGE difference.

I purchased it for an upstairs bedroom, which, of course, gets most of the heated air from the first floor. We live in a humid climate, and even with excellent A/C, it feels more humid up there. I was right. We plugged in the de-humidifier the first day it came and in 5 days, the tank was full and it shut itself off. What a delight!!! I have house guests coming next week for 17 days and I know they will feel the difference from the last time they were here. It was much smaller than I had envisioned, which was good, because it takes up so little space. Also, the size makes it very portable and will work in the car, if ever needed. I definitely would recommend it!!! It was fairly inexpensive for the quality of the item, small and portable, fairly silent for sleepers - though it could be turned off during the night. It fits all my requirements. Thank you for a fine product.

I live in a very rainy climate and humidity is very high in my apartment during the winter. This quiet unit does a great job in my tiny bedroom. I have to empty the tank every other day. Very satisfied!

We needed a dehumidifier in the aft cabin of our boat. It is a room large enough for a walk around queen bed. When we shower in the head adjacent to the cabin, humidity is always a concern - in addition to the humidity in the air. This little worker noticably collects water and we empty it about once a week, at about 3/4 full. I'm sure a larger device would capture more, but this thing is quiet and can run day and night using very little power. For now, this fits the ticket.

I love this product. it is small and fits almost anywhere.Most times you forget it is even their .It's worked great in my rv and in by bathroom.i would buy this product again and recommend it to everyone . Cant beat it for the price.

This was my 3rd purchase of the ADS 300 in the last 4 yrs or so. My last one lasted barely a year. It is relatively cheap and I run it 24/7 in a 20 x 20 room w/ collectible posters so I can kind of live with that. With getting my recent one I unplugged the "defective" unit and just plugged my new one it. It didn't work. I realized that the power cord was the issue on the other once the new cord had both working fine. Keep an eye out for that issue. I now have 2 working ADS 300's, but only 1 power cord. Overall satisfied with this product.

This is a very good product and i recommend it very highly, i use it in my car and it is great for cigar lovers, it came right on time and in great shape thanks again for your wonderful product.

I used it in a small slide in camper with no a/c while the air temp was cool enough there was a lot of humidity and fog on the lake.The dehumidifier extracted a lot of moisture out of the air and kept the camper comfortable at night.Did all I expected of it

This little gem worked steadily for 14 months with no hickups. It finally stopped working when the power cube died. By then the fan had become noisy. So, we replaced the whole unit and have good performance again. That's low cost of ownership for us.

Works great. I'm amazed how much moisture it continues to pull out of the air

I am extremely happy with my mini Dehumidifier. In the first hour of it being used I was collecting a lot of water. It is so quiet that you can be in the same room with it and not hear it working. I live in a basement apartment and I move it from room to room getting rid of excess water. I am now using it to get rid of water smells in my bathroom cupboard. Terrific. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a little extra help to get rid of mildew and smells.

I am fully satisfied with this little unit. I now have two of them and use them in closed spaces on my boat.

Decreased but did not eliminate condensation on the inside of our RV. I've only used it for one camp trip so far. Next time I will turn on the dehumidifiers a day before our trip starts to see if that helps eliminate the condensation.

Bought 2 of these for our 32 foot travel trailer. It decreased the amount of condensation that develops on the windows & skylights. It wasn't eliminated but it's no longer so bad that there's any dripping.

I bought 2 NewAir ADS-300 Mini Dehumidifiers for our 32 foot travel trailer. I put one in the bedroom section & one in the main section. I had hopes that they would completely eliminate our condensation problem but I can't say it was "completely eliminated". However, they did do a very good job at reducing the problem. Before, it was so bad that by morning there was water on the floor from the windows dripping the condensation & bed linens damp from the skylights dripping condensation. Now, the windows & skylights still have condensation moisture but not to the point of dripping anymore. The 2nd night we used the dehumidifiers I also cracked the windows open just a wee bit & the next morning there was hardly any condensation at all. We had tried this technique before purchasing the dehumidifiers but it did not work. Apparently in combination with the dehumidifiers it does work. Of course, you'd only be able to do this if you have the kind of windows that can be opened in the rain otherwise if it rains during the night you will have a bigger moisture problem by morning. Our windows open by turning a knob at the bottom which tilts the window out from the bottom.

I'm a photographer and I store all my equipment, old negatives and photos in my home office. I started using a dehumidifier when I discovered mold on some of my camera bags and other areas in my office. My first dehumidifier (different brand) broke after a few years, and I bought this unit to replace it. This unit is a LOT quieter than the first unit; and boy, does it do its job despite being smaller than the first unit. It really sucks the moisture out of the air in my office; I have to empty it weekly as there is that much moisture in the air. It seems to be doing a much better job than the bigger unit did. Great product!

I bought this for my Dad for Christmas. His moon roof leaks and it would take several minutes to clear the condensation from his windows. I strapped this unit in the back and he turns it on whenever he drives. There has been a great improvement!

Just bought the unit and love it. I t is in my 2000 Rialta in sunny and humid Florida. Believe it or not, when my old dehumidifier broke, I looked around Sarasota for a xmlnsnt and couldn't find one. Seems to me that there is an untapped market down here! Unless things change, I'll be purchasing another unit from you (hopefully not for years!) when this one has had enough of the Florida climate. ...the moisture right out of the air!! I must say for such a small device the NewAir ADS-300 Mini Dehumidifier is a work horse. We use ours to keep the moisture level down in our R.V. during the off season. Standard equipment here in Washington.

This is the second one I bought. I now have one in my Bathroom and one in my Guitar room.They do a great job. I recommend to anybody who needs to control dampness in a small room.

THIS THING SUCKS..the moisture right out of the air !! We use ours inside a 20' Motorhome during the wet season. RV's are notorious for drawing in moisture like a wick because they get so dried out in the summer and aren't as sealed up as we would all hope. Those little dry-air cages help but the NewAir ADS-300 is a little work horse, It keeps the moisture level down and puts out just a bit of warm air in the process which is also a benefit to my R.V. It's hardly takes any power to run, and is easy to drain. a win/win !

I'm using this unit in my tack room and it's doing a great job keeping mold off my tack. One problem is the plug to empty the water is way to tight. I need a hammer to close it.

Purchased the NewAir ADS-300 Mini Dehumidifier for full-size bathroom that was prone to getting overly humid (especially after long showers). Unit is quite compact but works very well. Keeps bathroom drier than before. Moderate loudness when operating, but not not annoying, the hum just blends in with the background noise. Very happy with this purchase.

I needed something to dehumidify the air in my bathroom so that condensation on the toilet tank would not make puddles on the floor. There is no room for a large dehumidifier. The mini dehumidifier removed so little moisture from the air that it made hardly any difference.

I use this product in my bedroom. The humidity here is awful. This dehumidifier has helped me breath so much easier! I would recommend this product to anyone.

It gets very humid here, and condensation on my toilet tank dripped until there were big puddles on the floor. There's no room in my bathroom for a large dehumidifier; I was hoping this mini dehumidifier would make a difference, but it hasn't. There is still more water on the floor than in the dehumidifier's tank. It may be fine for closets etc., but it's not strong enough to solve my problem.

This second works good. It keeps the bathroom at about 37 % to 40 %. I have running it several weeks now. The first one lasted only a few days, before it quite working.

The machine is still working very well and doing its job. Very quite, just takes a few seconds to empty every 2 or 3 days. Very pleased with the product and the transaction.

We are using this dehumidifier in our RV. The low wattage is great and it does a great job of getting the humidity down.

Other then a bad switch which was replaced it works well in closet.

Took it out of the box, plugged it in and it has been sucking excess moisture out of the air in my travel trailer. Been using DampRid which worked OK but was messy and I've spent enough money I could have bought several of these machines. I empty it every couple of days, just takes a few seconds. Love it.

It works very well, the wife has a small sewing room with a lot of fabric in it, this works perfect to keep that musty odor out of the whole room. We will keep you in mind if we have any other problem areas, also we would recommend it to anyone.

I ordered two for my RV/home. We have terrible moisture problems. Ice builds up in the windows, water drips down the walls and every corner is wet with mold. I was wiping down every window a couple times a day. With the dehumidifier in the front and back windows, I see less moisture over the thing, but below it's still the same. So I guess its removing some of the moisture, but very slowly. I should be emptying them both everyday, but it took 4 days to wick maybe 7oz each. The humidity level has dropped 10 degrees in 5 days. I think the product works as intended; I just have a bigger problem than 2 of these can handle.

A great little dehumidifier for a room recently built in my basement. It is very quiet and does a great job! Very much recommended!!

I use this in my bathroom. I had a problem with too much moisture. This thing really did the trick.

Great little unit. We are using it in the lower cabin of our boat. Works very well and keeps the humidity down to a very comfortable level as it reduces/eliminates the musty smell that can occur. The holding tank size is ideal. We run it all week before we return to boating at the weekends and need to empty the tank. Very quiet and efficient operation. We sometimes see a little overflow from the holding tank, after an extended absence but have since placed the unit in a small plate to catch any overflow. Highly recommended to our friends. As soon as they see the product and see the great advantage of having one on their boat.

I use this mimi dehumidifier in one of my bedrooms and this dehumidifier works well. It's a little loud , but it does the job.

I recently remodeled a bathroom in my home using natural slate. I keep the dehumidifier on all the time to help the stone dry out. It's wonderful! Small, compact, and very quiet, it does a great job keeping my bathroom ""healthy."" I loved how small it was and how well it fit in my guest bathroom.Would I recommend it? Very definitely YES! I like it so much I think I'm going to put a larger one in the master bath.

It has been a very wet August & September...constant rain..flash floods and so forth. My weather machine provides the data for the outside environment as well...inside five degrees of/or at due point with 90% plus humidity every night measured in weeks. unusual for this part of the world. This very small dehumidifier has brought the humidity down a solid 4-5 percentage points!! Very impressive for a room this size as this unit was designed for smaller spaces. It is very quiet and due to it's size a comfortable spot wasn't hard to find. Thanks to the large holding tank it ran for days before it needed to be emptied....a real plus for this size unit.

I have a lot of moisture in my apartment, so I bought this dehumidifier to get rid some of the moisture. Although this dehumidifier is little, but it's doing a great job. Nice little design, great for small room or closet. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get rid of moisture with this device for a reasonable prize.
