I had one of these units a few years ago and it worked "OK". It wasn't the best unit and I told myself next time I would buy a window unit. I sold the unit 9 months later. I recently needed another unit and my community doesn't allow window units so I bought another one... The AC cooled only to 76 (I used a IR thermometer) and the HEAT did not work at all. I returned it and was told at that time Air & Water had a Soleus LX-140. I said fine and I received it today. The Soleus AC kicked on and my Temp guy in just a few seconds showed 34F and dropping!

The a/c works and cools and dehumidifies a reasonable sized room. The heater works but is very, very loud (otherwise I would have given the highest rating)!!!
