I had two units, both units failed to work as they were suppose to, The louvers on both did not open, there was no difference in air temp in one, the other would be cooler when it was in the heat mode. we sent the two back costing half the price of a unit. We took our money back and will buy the new units elsewhere.

At last I had a room full of friends (mostly relatives), and turned my new air conditioner on for the first time. What a pleasure to hear it almost purr. It is surprisingly quiet for its size. In Portland we have been experiencing a really cool spring, and of course when it finally gets hot here it is unrelenting in my flat roofed apartment without benefit of trees.
