I use this in very humid country to help dehumidify AND to act as back-up to a whole house air conditioner. We have found that unless it is extremely warm outside our 2,000 sq. foot house can be kept cool with fans and this air conditioner until very late in the day, reducing our costs for electricity.
I am very happy with this product, the quick delivery and the ease of set up.
Even though we had heard that the item might be loud, we have not found that to be true.

After reading reviews for this product I decided to purchase one. However, the one I received would not cool the room. It is possible the unit I received was defective. The company was very understanding and did not give me any problems with returning the unit and giving me a refund.

I have a rare skin disease that requires me to stay in a controlled environment. This is a well added unit in our home. I am hoping the heat unit works as well as the air. Thank you for offering such a wonderful product to the public. Easy to use and set up even for myself since I am disabled.

The only problem with it,is that the dehumidifier works overtime. MD is a humid state and I have to empty it every 3 or 4 hours. Other than that I love it. Even works well in the tent trailer. It's not hot and muggy so we can't sleep anymore.

This AC is perfect for my uses. I'm working a couple states from home this summer. There isn't AC in the company housing and this unit keeps my room ice cool. Granted it's a small room so I don't know how great it would be for a huge space but it suits my purposes perfectly.
The service was great as well! When the AC first came it didn't work. I contacted air and water and they sent me a second unit straight away. They emailed me a new packing slip for the old one. All I had to do was take the package to FedEx.
I highly recommend this product and company.

Well can't really say much but that since I got the unit it was not cooling as good as it should until one day it would just shut off after like 20mins of being on. It says unit is damaged or overheating but it's not over heating since I have a bigger one and it works fine.

Our upstairs is always warmer than downstairs, (although we have central air) so we use the portable one for extra cooling in our bedroom at night. It cools very well in a short time and because it is not a window unit, there is nothing unattractive hanging out of the window. The only thing I feel could be improved is the noise level.
