The Germ Guardian AC6000 6-Stage Air Purifier has six levels of cleaning. The air in your home is cleaned and germs and odors are eliminated. A dust sensor is included that analyzes the air quality to detect dust, smoke, pollens and small particles and automatically adjusts to provide the optimal level of purification.The six levels of cleaning included on the Germ Guardian AC6000 6-stage air purifier are pre-filter, charcoal filter, HEPA filter, PCO filter, UV light tube and ionizer. The pre-filter traps larger particles like pet hair and lint. The charcoal filter removes odors like smoke. The HEPA filter captures 99.97% of allergens. The PCO filter destroys microorganisms such as bacteria and mold. The UV light tube works in conjunction with the filters to kill germs. Lastly, the ionizer releases a small amount of negative ions to enhance the cleaning process.
The AC6000 6-stage air purifier includes 1, 2, 4 and 8 hour timer settings. Also included are auto, quiet, low and high fan speeds and a remote control. Optional speed settings allows for whisper quiet operation when run on low. This purifier is ideal for allergy sufferers sensitive to pollen, mold and pet dander. There is a filter check indication light so that you know exactly when it is time to change the filters. This purifier is recommended for indoor use only.
