Its great for rooms up to 400 square feet, and it does include a remote control, window kit, and exhaust hose. In areas of very high humidity, all of the condensation may not be evaporated automatically. The unit has an auxiliary tank to hold any excess liquid, and the tank is very easy to manually drain.
