I purchased this product because I wanted a unit that would not require frequent emptying of the water pan. Also, I wanted a good energy star rating and something that was not a huge monster of a machine. When I received the product, I was very pleased with the design and the size. It is the smallest, most compact unit I have seen in the 12,000 BTU range. The design is very sleek. I would recommend this product based on the value for the money. It well exceeds other units on price, style, and energy usage.

I purchased this unit To cool the room I use as my office. I have an INVACARE Oxygen Generator for my sleep Apena and it makes the room hot. This unit is ideal for my purposes. The room stays cool overnight while my INVACARE machine is running. I also use it through the day when the temperature outside exceeds 90 degrees. This unit fits nicely and takes up very little space since I do not have space to spare. I would definitely recommend this machine.
