This unit is in a 6x4 room and it can't get below 74 degree's. I have three small servers in this room, and without the air conditioning on, the regular room temp is 78. I know its not meant for this sort of thing, but even when it runs it doesn't put out any cool air. I thought that I was using it wrong (I'm not), then I thought it was broken, which it isn't...yet. It might get thrown out of the window any minute! Jonathan

This unit had all the features I was looking for and it weighed far less than similar units. The price was very reasonable, as well. Most of all, the website made me feel comfortable with the customer service in case I had a problem. It works well and the controls have more features than I expected. I made the right choice for me. I only slip the window exhaust in when I use the air conditioner. I use the fan more than I expected to, and that's nice. I was pleased that it was so good looking. The matt silver finish is sleek and very unobtrusive in any decor. I was really impressed with the exhaust hose because I was expecting something ugly and difficult to manage. This one collapses neatly when not in use. I would recommend it. It set up in about 2 minutes. The window exhaust set-up was very simple (I just wish it was about 10 inches longer). It's light weight and handsome and the best value for the price anywhere.
