King Air 9420
The product is well built; the only thing you need to be concerned with is the motor cover, its plastic. The one I ordered, the motor cover was hanging from the wires. I noticed that all the studs that hold it in place were crumbling apart. Called Air-n-Water, they were very helpful correcting the problem and the replacement fan was sent quickly, with no damage at all and it works great.

Apparently I have no insulation in my house because even though I put in a whole new heating and cooling system which was 1 1/2 times bigger than the original one (the original contractors put in a unit that was too small for the house) I still cook on the second floor all summer. So, since I don't have the time and the money to invest in someone coming in and assessing the situation, I bought this fan and point it upwards in the open foyer to blow some of the cool air from the first floor up. It has made a world of difference! Even though the fan is huge, it does what I bought it for and I am glad I bought it.

I bought this fan to move the colder air on the first floor up to the second floor of my house that has cathedral ceilings and is always much warmer than the first floor. This is the first fan that actually made a difference. It helps equalize the temperature a lot better, which means I can set my ac at 78 and still be comfortable. This fan will pay for itself by the end of the season in electricity savings.
