We've had different space heaters for camping. If you were cold you could usually turn one on and warm your feet quickly. Not so with this Air King 8945. You feel nothing standing right in front of it. We test ran it in our small kitchen before we turned our furnace on...and it took a long time for the kitchen to warm up. Eventually it did warm up...but took quite a while. It is quiet and the controls are easy to use. Convenient handle to move it around. Just not what I really wanted.

This machine was used twicw a day for 5 minutes at a time in the bathroom of my house.
It has stopped working and the machine has tamper screws on it making it impossible to try to clean or repair.

We use this heater to help heat or 36 ft fifth wheel. It does a great job in conjunction with our furnace at 20-32 degree temps. Above those temps it works great solo. It's relatively quiet compared to other similar heaters. The thermostat function works well. It's only negative is that it does not have a very powerful fan.
