This product was good for about 6 months then turned to crap, started getting louder and louder and by the time the year of purchase came up, it started not picking up any more, we took it to a service repair and the place told us the filters were crap, they let the little dust particals through that then build up on the fan, we have had this product for a year and a half and it is dead, service guys said they could have cleaned it off to their best but would have happened again.
