I love my new carpet cleaner.. I didnt even know until I opened it that it is a 3 in 1. I was tired of buying products that did not work so I broke down and bought the bissell 7700. The only complaint I would have would be there are a lot of pieces and nowhere on the cleaner to store them ALL(it holds some parts).

Wonderful machine. Be sure to properly read the directions as it is a bit complicated, but REALLY worthy of its name. We have 30 yr old carpets & they cleaned up wonderfully! Air & Water inc. was equally amazing to deal with. Delivery was just as promised & the price was right on! I give the company 5***** & the item 5*****
