I did a great deal of research looking for the best vacuum for my boat and it is perfect! It doesn't take up a lot of room and it light weight yet powerful and cleans the carpets just like an upright. So much better than battery powered hand vac-good suction. The hose is easy to use for small spaces-no attachments, just pulls out. It is a little heavy but worth the good suction and brush.

When you first receive your Eureka you start to question what you did. Heavier than your old hand-held, and a cord? Yep. And then you plug it in and start to see all those dog hairs disappear and it does not feel so heavy and the cord is really long. Different but good. Eureka!

Very nice item. Purchased for use at summer home for quick clean ups as well as car cleaning. Excellent suction performance. Only issue is the latch/button that releases dust chamber and also controls power. It can stick and is very hard to move it. Since I do not use daily this has not been a problem for me and have not asked about xmlnsnt.
