This Product met my needs and requirements.
The product is attractive and sized for easy placement and easy reading--with the large digital display. I have it installed in my hallway, not far from my furnace thermostat.
The reason I installed it was: I recently had maintenance work done on my furnace humidifier. My location in the Mojave Desert and it's already dry air, makes the humidifier a requirement.
I installed the instrument to help me track the performance of my furnace and the humidifier.
It is doing the job, and important part of my air control in my home during the winter.

I recently purchased a new home, and it is so energy efficient that I was concerned about controlling the humidity level, especially since I have a grand piano. I like the large easy to read format that allows me to gauge temperature and humidity from almost anywhere in the large space I have placed it. With my current baseboard heating system I get large swings in different parts of the house for temperature and humidity and this device allows me to know exactly what's going on away from the heating system sensors and make adjustments accordingly to the heat and the use of humidifiers and de-humidifiers.

This is the first humidistat we found that reads below 30%. Others claim to, but don't. It is a vital tool to tell us when to turn on and off our humidifier to condition our dry winter air. It works great!

I wanted to know the humidity level of our basement. We recently discovered a lot of mold on the walls and we were shocked by it. I absolutely love the gadget. It has very large print and very easy to read, temp and humidity level. My initial impression was it was perfect for our needs. Absolutely perfect and I would recommend this to everyone.
