Bayou Fryer Thermometer
With a tempered glass face and stainless steel construction, the specially
designed temperature gauge fits neatly into the front
panel of the fryer. The fryer thermometer reads in Fahrenheit and Celsius, with a clearly marked fire hazard zone.
Three Frying Baskets
The Bayou Classic 700-709 9-gallon deep fryer comes with three custom-fit
stainless steel baskets for professional deep frying. Each basket has an
elongated cool-touch handle to help protect your hands while using the machine.
Locking Wheels
Built with your safety in mind, the Bayou Classic fryer has rubber
wheels and locking casters to slow and prevent the cart from rolling away during
and after use.
Cart With Side Shelf
The Bayou Classic 700-709 9-gallon deep fryer comes with a solid
12-gauge steel cart that lets you easily transport the machine. The fry cart also
has an attached side shelf for conveniently holding utensils, food, and condiments!
Heats From The Outside
With a specially designed V-Bottom shape, the
burner blasts sizzling hot air through internal tubing that transfers heat into
the center of the oil. This allows the cooking temperature to stay cooler at the
bottom, preventing loose batter from burning. The oil will stay cleaner longer
and your food is tastier!
