I did a LOT of research, and this vacuum got the best reviews among those under $150. I also wanted a bagless vacuum with a good attachment for pet hair on furniture. I was thrilled! It looks great, is not too heavy, yet it feels sturdy. It wasn't hard to assemble either. Our lady who comes to help do the housework has a super Dyson that she almost kills herself lifting, and this pulled up stuff that one left behind. Particularly pet hair, which her Dyson was supposed to be designed for. Not just a little either. It was a shock!
