Product is great, service was great.
I live in an apartment community, we can't have open grills or open pit fires near the building. This gel real flame fire pit was my answer. I set up a little "garden sanctuary" right outside my sun room, facing the lake (it's only 20 feet away from my window)...I have fountains, flowers, an umbrella, a couple of chairs and small tables, hanging candles, citronella candles, a huge ornamental Turtle, lots of plants and black iron decorative lanterns and a trio of black iron decorative topiary stands that I am training my ivy on.
This fire pit was my final touch. Now my friends and I gather by the lake in the evening, our fire glowing, (we even have marshmallow forks) ice tea in hand and listen to the frogs as the sun sets over the lake. We'll stay out there for several hours just relaxing. This little fire is a lovely addition and I am thrilled with it. In fact I am enjoying it so much I may get an indoor version later this fall, once it has cooled down.
