I started cleaning the carpet the day after the new machine arrived. It did a much better job than the Rug Doctor machine had done last year

This is a great product! It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I cleaned one side of the carpet and left the other just to see how well it worked. Fantastic! The carpet looked completely different. The leftover water in the reservoir was black with dirt, so you could tell how well it worked. Carpet also dries quickly. Extra products like upholstery and stair cleaner work well.
