This product is conveniently versatile. The noise is somewhat objectionable but quieter than the vacuum cleaner we replaced. Our house is now noticeably freer of dust, attesting effective filtration of exiting air so that fine particles are caught. It would be better if the main roller brush's rotation could be stopped while using the suction attachments, but considering the low price the unit is a great value.

This vacuum cleaner is the best! I have two cats at home, and one pass in one small area filled the dust container. That means this vacuum went deep into the low carpet and picked up cat hairs that had been left behind for a long time from my older model vacuum. I was so excited that I vacuumed every room in my house, and even though I had to empty the container over and over, I was happy to do so.

I have only used this a couple of times, but I can say that it does a good job of cleaning on carpet and linoleum floors. I like the design of the unit except for two things. The on/off switch is down on the side instead of up on the handle and the brush attachment has sparse, stiff bristles, instead of full, soft bristles.
