A little expensive but they provide a nice glow and warmest in our bedroom fireplace. I also have a firepit on my enclosed patio and what a conversation piece. I couldn't build a wood fire so this was an awesome substitute.

We recently purchased a fire pit for use on a deck. We during using logs but they burned longer than we wanted to sit outside. A friend recommended use of gel fuel. We did some research, purchased fire stones and real flame gel fuel to use with the stones. The product is perfect and meets our needs. They can be put out and reused so we do not have to sit out longer than we want and then worry about an open flame. There is a nice crackle sound and some heat. They are clean and not messy. Would certainly recommend the products to friends.
